Cancelling an order

If you have ordered something but it has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order. Please contact us stating the order number. Once we have processed it, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be delivered and you can make use of the option to return it.

Returning an order

Please contact me if you want to return an order. Returns are only possible under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of receipt, you let us know that you want to cancel the order. You then have 7 days to return the order.
  • Custom-made products cannot be returned.
  • The item will only be accepted for return if it is returned undamaged, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
  • Please note: returns are at the buyer's expense and risk.
  • After receiving the return, we will transfer the order amount including shipping costs, minus the return costs, to you. This is done via our payment provider and can take up to 10 days

Damage

I received an item that was not damaged in good condition. What should I do?
Contact us and send photos of the damage and any damaged packaging. We will be happy to help you resolve the issue. If possible, you will receive a replacement piece.
